Grand opening of the Eira summer restaurant in Hagaparken

Simple, social, and right in the middle of summer

Perched on the hill above Brunnsviken and Hagaparken’s Brygga is Eira—a summer restaurant where you can stop by after a swim, a day in the sun, or just because you happened to be passing by. The day flows from lunch into the late evening, with room for both quick stops and longer stays. Take a bike ride through the park, stop for a drink, and stick around when the grill is fired up.

The grill is at the heart of the experience. Sea bass, dry-aged entrecôte, flank steak, grilled red shrimp, octopus, and chicken and lamb skewers are cooked over an open flame and served with generous sides like new potatoes, grilled corn, garden salad, fries, and sauces. The flavors are bold and summery, with influences from street food and dishes designed to be shared. The bar serves summery spritzers, sparkling wine, cocktails, and ice-cold beer—the kind of drinks that go hand in hand with long days and late nights.

The atmosphere is relaxed and playful. Sometimes a band we like shows up, while kubb, cornhole, and other social games keep the summer evening lively.

Welcome to Eira!
